Using Olivenlock
Olivenlock gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app for lawful purposes. If you downloaded it from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
Your passcode and your data
Your data is encrypted with a key that only your passcode can unlock, and we never have a copy of either. If you forget your passcode, or lose or reset your device, your vault cannot be recovered by us or anyone else. You are responsible for remembering your passcode and keeping other copies of anything you can't afford to lose.
Subscriptions and purchases
Olivenlock Pro is offered as a monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel them in your account settings for that store. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
No warranty
Olivenlock is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss of data or other damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, we'll change the effective date above. Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.
